Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Program
We are excited to announce that we are now offering a Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Program!
What is a Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An IOP is a structured treatment program for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. It allows participants to receive comprehensive therapy and support while continuing to live at home and maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.
Who is a good candidate to attend?
IOP is ideal for individuals who do not require 24/7 inpatient care but still need a high level of structured support. It may also serve as a step-down from inpatient or residential treatment.
Can I work or attend school while in IOP?
Yes. One of the benefits of IOP is the flexibility to continue with your daily responsibilities while receiving support.
What services are included?
Services typically include:
-
Individual counseling
-
Group therapy
-
Psychoeducation
-
Relapse prevention planning
-
Drug and alcohol screening
-
Family support or family therapy (if applicable)
-
Case management
How long does it last?
The length varies based on individual needs but typically lasts 8 to 12 weeks, with sessions 3 to 5 days per week, each lasting 2 to 3 hours per day.
Is participation confidential?
Yes. All services are HIPAA-compliant and your participation is confidential unless written consent is provided or in cases required by law.
Is drug testing part of the program?
Yes. Regular and random drug and alcohol screenings are a part of the program to support accountability and progress.
What happens after I complete the program?
Upon completion, participants may step down to less intensive services such as outpatient therapy or aftercare groups. A discharge and relapse prevention plan will also be provided to support ongoing recovery.
What is the cost to attend?
The total cost of this 8-week program is $3,000, which equates to $375 per week. Participants have the option to pay the full amount upfront or make weekly payments.
