Rhoda is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Master and Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associates of Art in Criminal Justice. She has served 10 years in the Army receiving numerous awards, certifications and accommodations during her service and is also a military spouse. Rhoda has a history of working with children of all ages, a passion that has grown over the span of 30 years. She originally went into the counseling field because she wanted her children to learn how to process, understand, and express their thoughts and feelings in a positive way.

As a veteran, Rhoda has numerous experiences with multiple religions, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientations, etc. She has in the past worked with individuals struggling with alcohol and substance usage, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma to name a few. She is presently open to working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Rhoda uses multiple therapeutic techniques in order to meet the changing needs of her clients. Because of this, it allows her to connect with her clients and work together with them to find a solution. Rhoda personally believes that the client is the expert in their life. She is there to assist the client to gain insight and tools to facilitate growth and change. Rhoda notes,” If you’re ready for change, I’m ready to be a part of it.” One fun fact about Rhoda is that she is a triplet.

Tiera graduated from Walden University with her Masters of Science in Marriage, Family, and Couple Counseling. Her focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but she is open to other theories to find what best fits her clients and their needs. In CBT she would focus on understanding your thoughts and behaviors, and then process what can be done to challenge those negative thoughts and behaviors to become more positive.

She believes that life is going to do what life is going to do. The way you approach life challenges is all up to you. There comes a time when we all need someone to listen to us and hear what we have to say. She desires to be that someone for you. She offers a safe, non-judgmental environment to establish a trusting and compassionate relationship with her clients. Over the past five years, she has served children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings, including child welfare, the military, private practice, and inpatient care. Neuroscience from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology from Alcorn State University. His professional experience includes working with children and adolescents aged 2-18 and children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Also, he has worked with older adults experiencing a variety of psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other serious mental health disorders. He is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while fostering resilience, personal growth, and emotional well-being. He believes that meaningful therapeutic relationships are built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection.
In addition to his clinical experience, he has an extensive research background in substance use and neurodegenerative disorders. His research has explored alcohol and drug addiction, including the neurobiological effects of substance use, as well as Alzheimer's disease, aging, and cognitive decline. These experiences have strengthened his understanding of the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health.
As a Louisiana native, Christopher values building authentic connections with people from
diverse backgrounds. He is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and LGBTQ+

Matt is a recent graduate of Lipscomb University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Before he discovered counseling was his calling, Matt served in the United States Army for 8.5 years. During that time, he served in the infantry and the United States Army Special Forces (Green Berets). After the military, he attended software school and became a junior software developer. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University, while managing a construction company in Nashville, TN.
During his time in construction and project management, Matt witnessed fellow veterans, friends, and family suffering from mental health and substance use issues. Through his experience supporting those close to him, Matt realized he is called to serve others. Tyler is a U.S. Army Veteran and former Noncommissioned Officer with over five years of experience leading high-performance teams in high-pressure, multinational environments. During his military career, he served as a Battle NCO during Operation Atlantic Resolve in Romania and supported SECFOR base defense operations in Poland. He trained NATO partner forces across Europe, delivering instruction in tactical operations, counter-UAS systems (KURF, Nighthawk, FAD, Titan), and mental resilience strategies to enhance interoperability and mission effectiveness.

Following his transition from active duty, he served as a University Development Counselor with Grand Canyon University, recruiting and mentoring teachers across Middle Tennessee as they pursued master’s and doctoral degrees. This role strengthened his foundation in performance coaching, professional development, and strategic outreach.

His clinical experience includes serving as a Psychiatric Technician at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, where he worked in high-acuity behavioral health settings supporting individuals in crisis. There, he developed hands-on expertise in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, de-escalation, and emotional regulation support.

He is currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University (expected 2026) with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. His focus centers on performance psychology, resilience development, crisis intervention, and veteran mental health.
