As a veteran, Rhoda has numerous experiences with multiple religions, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientations, etc. She has in the past worked with individuals struggling with alcohol and substance usage, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma to name a few. She is presently open to working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Rhoda uses multiple therapeutic techniques in order to meet the changing needs of her clients. Because of this, it allows her to connect with her clients and work together with them to find a solution. Rhoda personally believes that the client is the expert in their life. She is there to assist the client to gain insight and tools to facilitate growth and change. Rhoda notes,” If you’re ready for change, I’m ready to be a part of it.” One fun fact about Rhoda is that she is a triplet.

She believes that life is going to do what life is going to do. The way you approach life challenges is all up to you. There comes a time when we all need someone to listen to us and hear what we have to say. She desires to be that someone for you. She offers a safe, non-judgmental environment to establish a trusting and compassionate relationship with her clients. One where you feel comfortable enough to be open and honest with her and more importantly, with yourself. Her practice is client-centered and integrates various therapeutic approaches, such as traditional talk therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, therapeutic homework, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Briauna works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, unresolved grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, and stress management challenges. She also supports couples in addressing concerns such as ineffective communication, emotional wounds, and recurring conflicts.

Neuroscience from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology from Alcorn State University. His professional experience includes working with children and adolescents aged 2-18 and children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Also, he has worked with older adults experiencing a variety of psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other serious mental health disorders. He is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while fostering resilience, personal growth, and emotional well-being. He believes that meaningful therapeutic relationships are built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection.
In addition to his clinical experience, he has an extensive research background in substance use and neurodegenerative disorders. His research has explored alcohol and drug addiction, including the neurobiological effects of substance use, as well as Alzheimer's disease, aging, and cognitive decline. These experiences have strengthened his understanding of the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health.
As a Louisiana native, Christopher values building authentic connections with people from
diverse backgrounds. He is a strong advocate for mental health awareness and LGBTQ+
communities, believing that everyone deserves access to compassionate, affirming, and inclusive care. He strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward their goals. He looks forward to partnering with clients as they build confidence, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His compassionate nature, calming presence, and genuine interest in others help clients feel at ease and supported.

She is currently attending Lindsey Wilson University, where she is completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also working toward certification in Substance Abuse Counseling. As a counselor-in-training, Natiya is developing skills in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support individuals in gaining self-understanding, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful change.
Natiya believes that everyone has the capacity for healing and personal growth when provided with support, dedication, and compassion. Her primary interests include working with women and children, though she is open to working with individuals from all backgrounds who are motivated to grow and improve their overall well-being.
As an internship student currently in school, Natiya acknowledges that she is still learning; however, she is committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space. She strives to thoughtfully answer questions and walk alongside clients throughout their journey. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.

He is a graduate student at Liberty University working toward his master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and serves as an active-duty soldier in the U.S. Army. Michael combines these experiences to better understand and offer effective mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Michael integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy to help individuals gain insight, navigate challenges, and promote overall well-being.

She earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Integrative Studies from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, North Carolina, where she studied myth, religion, and theatre. Her educational background fostered a deep appreciation for the ways people make meaning of their experiences and develop a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them.
Mary Kate’s clinical interests include addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and life transitions. She is particularly interested in Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based practice, and recovery-oriented approaches that help individuals identify their own goals, values, and motivations for change. She believes that lasting growth is strengthened through supportive relationships, community connection, and recognizing the strengths each person already possesses. Through a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, Mary Kate strives to help clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lives that reflect their values and support long-term well-being.
As a social work intern, Mary Kate works under professional supervision and is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care while continuing to grow as a clinician. She looks forward to walking alongside clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and recovery.

During his time in construction and project management, Matt witnessed fellow veterans, friends, and family suffering from mental health and substance use issues. Through his experience supporting those close to him, Matt realized he is called to serve others. Matt strives to be a versatile counselor, utilizing theories and styles that best fit what is needed for each client, though Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Existentialism are major influences in his approach to counseling. He is passionate about helping others process challenges in their lives and creating a space that fosters openness and development. One of his life mottos is “strength is not built at the top of the mountain, but in the climb.”
Matt and his wife, Shawn, work to be the best parents and strongest examples they can be for their two sons. When not counseling, Matt enjoys being with his family, reading, and living an active lifestyle: camping, hiking, weightlifting, running, trail running, climbing, and bouldering.

Utilizing your identified internal strengths, she will be able to work alongside you in efforts to ease you through every step in the process to obtain the wholeness that you are seeking. Further, her therapeutic style is integrative, eccentric, nonjudgmental, honest, warm, compassionate, and tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
Providing a nourishing atmosphere that enriches her client' minds/souls back to a healthier state, she will aid in identifying obstacles that are blocking your path to peace, growth, & spiritual wholeness. Kenya integrates mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, narrative exploration, and solution-focused tools, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and cultural identities of those she serves. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible, guided by the belief that healing looks different for everyone.

Following his transition from active duty, he served as a University Development Counselor with Grand Canyon University, recruiting and mentoring teachers across Middle Tennessee as they pursued master’s and doctoral degrees. This role strengthened his foundation in performance coaching, professional development, and strategic outreach.
His clinical experience includes serving as a Psychiatric Technician at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, where he worked in high-acuity behavioral health settings supporting individuals in crisis. There, he developed hands-on expertise in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, de-escalation, and emotional regulation support.
He is currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University (expected 2026) with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. His focus centers on performance psychology, resilience development, crisis intervention, and veteran mental health.
