Human Resources

Human Resources is here to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for every client. If at any point your interactions with our staff do not meet these standards, HR is available to listen, support, and take appropriate action.

Harassment Concerns

If you experience or witness any form of harassment—such as inappropriate comments, unwanted behavior, or verbal or physical misconduct—please reach out to HR immediately.

Discrimination Issues

Clients should contact HR if they believe they were treated unfairly based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Unprofessional Conduct

If an employee behaves in a manner that is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or inconsistent with our professional standards, HR is the appropriate point of contact to address the concern.

Safety or Security Concerns

HR should be notified of any actions or conditions that compromise client or staff safety, including threatening behavior or unsafe workplace practices.

Confidentiality or Privacy Issues

Clients are encouraged to report any situation in which their personal information may have been mishandled, shared without consent, or accessed inappropriately.

Ethical or Policy Violations

If you observe conduct that conflicts with company policies, professional ethics, or legal requirements, HR can review the issue and ensure it is handled properly.

Service Concerns Related to Employee Behavior

If the quality of service is negatively affected due to an employee’s behavior or failure to follow established procedures, HR can investigate and support the necessary improvements.
