Harassment Concerns
If you experience or witness any form of harassment—such as inappropriate comments, unwanted behavior, or verbal or physical misconduct—please reach out to HR immediately.
Discrimination Issues
Clients should contact HR if they believe they were treated unfairly based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Unprofessional Conduct
If an employee behaves in a manner that is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or inconsistent with our professional standards, HR is the appropriate point of contact to address the concern.
Safety or Security Concerns
HR should be notified of any actions or conditions that compromise client or staff safety, including threatening behavior or unsafe workplace practices.
Confidentiality or Privacy Issues
Clients are encouraged to report any situation in which their personal information may have been mishandled, shared without consent, or accessed inappropriately.
Ethical or Policy Violations
If you observe conduct that conflicts with company policies, professional ethics, or legal requirements, HR can review the issue and ensure it is handled properly.
Service Concerns Related to Employee Behavior
If the quality of service is negatively affected due to an employee’s behavior or failure to follow established procedures, HR can investigate and support the necessary improvements.
