After you complete the Schedule an Appointment form, someone will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours to schedule an appointment. This session can be booked as early as the same week pending availability. You will then be directed to 180 R.E.D.’s patient portal where you will set up an account and complete intake paperwork.
Please complete this paperwork at least 24 hours before your session or let us know if you want to complete the paperwork in person right before your session. If you are scheduled for an in-person appointment, you will be greeted before entering your counselor’s private office for your first session. For an online appointment, you will sign into your patient portal to access the teletherapy link for the session unless otherwise informed by your clinician.
We may need to occasionally reach out to talk with you about billing updates due to insurance policy changes. We want to be on the same page as you, and we will do our best to keep these communications to a minimum.
